Admission Procedure:

To facilitate easy enrollment, Sri Sri Academy offers two straightforward registration methods:

1. Email Registration:

• Complete the online inquiry form.
• Receive the application in your email.
• Fill, scan and email it to admission@saarasiaweb.com.
• Pay the Registration Fee online with transaction details sent via email.

1. Offline Registration:

• Collect the application from the admissions office.
• Submit the completed form to the Admissions Office via post/courier/in person along with the required Bank Draft/At Par Cheque.

Note: Admission is subject to seat availability and meeting entrance standards.

Key Points to Remember:

1. Application forms should be duly completed and signed before submission.
2. The admission process involves a written assessment (for classes 3 and higher) followed by an interview with the Principal/Coordinators in the presence of parents.
3. Submit all documents along with registration and processing fees to the school office simultaneously with the application.
4. Ensure the date of birth on the application aligns with the actual birth certificate.
5. Admission is confirmed upon payment of the Non-Refundable Admission Fee.
6. Hostel student admission to the boarding school is guaranteed with the payment of the Non-Refundable Admission Fee and Security Deposit (Refundable).
7. The academic year for the residential school begins in April with new students joining on a specified day mentioned in the school’s letter.
8. Parents must submit required documents (original and/or photocopies) before the joining date to maintain provisional admission.
9. Transfer Certificate and Report Card must be presented within 15 days of admission for any post-session admissions (transfer or relocation).
10. Any discrepancies on the Admission Form may result in rejection or immediate removal from the school without fee reimbursement.

Note: The Admittance Committee’s decision is final and any changes to the Admission Procedure will be communicated as needed.

Documents Required:

1. Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate with the original for verification.
2. Photocopy of the child’s most recent Progress Report/Mark Sheet.
3. Original Transfer Certificate from the previous State Board/ICSE/CBSE schools.
4. Parent’s voter ID card, Aadhaar card, or passport (photocopy).
5. Four recent, color, passport-sized photos of the child.
6. Completed and certified Health Certificate Form from a recognized Medical Practitioner.
7. Any additional essential documents, such as SC/ST/OBC verification.

Age Criteria:

For the academic session 2024-2025, the age criteria are as follows:

• Playgroup: 2.5-3.5 years
• Nursery: 3.5-4.5 years
• Kindergarten: 4.5-5.5 years
